Eligibility

1. B.Tech/B.E./MCA
2. 2-4 years of relevant experience

Essential Skills

1. Full Stack developer
2. Expert in one or more PHP Frameworks/CMS (Drupal, Codeigniter, Wordpress, Laravel, Symfony2, Magento, etc) is must
3. Expert in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, JQuery and AJAX
4. Strong background in Object Oriented Programming / Analysis and Design concepts, Design Patterns, and Software Development Life Cycle 
5. Excellent Technical Analysis skills
6. Good understanding of version control systems such as Git
7. Experience in a continuous integration process, automated unit testing and deployment will be preferred
8. Knowledge of API integrations and creating web services
9. Knowledge of Angular JS / Mean stack will be preferred
10. Contributions in Open Source Communities will be preferred
11. Strong communication and inter-personal skills

Responsibilities

1. Guide team members to for timely completion of projects, solve technical issues, train new members and implement best methodologies and tools.
2. Ensure technical solutions are feasible and properly architected, and reviews all code for quality assurance.
3. Understand each client’s organizational goals and objectives. Develop lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties.
4. Help team members progress toward their professional development goals. Defines and disseminates technology best practices.
5. Ensure that all deadlines are met. Resolve issues of team members else escalate.
6. Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
7. Contribute to Open Source Communities
