Eligibility

1. B.Tech/B.E./MCA
2. 1-3 years of relevant experience

Essential Skills

1. Expert in CSS3 and HTML5; Transforming complex layout wireframes/visual designs into pixel-perfect, adaptive responsive HTML5/CSS3 templates
2. Expert level proficiency in client-side frameworks - JavaScript, JQuery UI and AJAX
3. Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS or SASS
4. Excellent Technical Analysis skills
5. Good understanding of version control systems such as Git
6. Passion for delivering a great UI/UX experiences
7. Experience in one or more PHP Frameworks/CMS (Drupal, Codeigniter, Wordpress, Laravel, Symfony2, Magento, etc) will be preferred
8. Contributions in Open Source Communities will be preferred
9. Strong communication and inter-personal skills

Responsibilities

1. Ensure technical solutions are feasible and properly architected, and reviews all code for quality assurance.
2. Understand each client’s organizational goals and objectives. Develop lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties.
3. Help team members progress toward their professional development goals. Defines and disseminates technology best practices.
4. Ensure that all deadlines are met. Resolve issues of team members else escalate.
5. Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
6. Contribute to Open Source Communities
