Eligibility

1. B.Tech/B.E./MCA
2. 1-3 years of relevant experience

Essential Skills

1. Expert in one or more PHP Frameworks/CMS (Drupal, Codeigniter, Wordpress, Laravel, Symfony2, Magento, etc) will be preferred
2. Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, JQuery and AJAX
3. Excellent Technical Analysis skills
4. Good understanding of version control systems such as Git
5. Strong background in Object Oriented Programming / Analysis and Design concepts, Design Patterns, Database Management and Software Development Life Cycle 
6. Experience in a continuous integration process, automated unit testing and deployment will be preferred
7. Contributions in Open Source Communities will be preferred
8. Strong communication and inter-personal skills

Responsibilities

1. Ensure technical solutions are feasible and properly architected, and reviews all code for quality assurance.
2. Understand each client’s organizational goals and objectives. Develop lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties.
3. Help team members progress toward their professional development goals. Defines and disseminates technology best practices.
4. Ensure that all deadlines are met. Resolve issues of team members else escalate.
5. Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
6. Contribute to Open Source Communities
